What sets Eve-Mar apart from other care management providers?

Our Owner and Care Management Specialist, Rebecca Montano, is an industry professional with years of experience working with individuals with disabilities including developmental, physical, mental, and emotional needs.  Ms. Montano:

• is English/Spanish bilingual,
• has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling,
• has a Master’s degree in Business Administration,
• is completing her Ph.D. in Human Services,
• is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor,
• is currently working on her certification in Care Management, and
• is an affiliate member of National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

She has had experience in coordinating care for her two grandmothers, one of which had Alzheimer’s disease and the other who needs continuous care due to heart and diabetes related conditions.  Ms. Montano found it would have been nearly impossible to obtain the appropriate support and assistance needed to provide her loved ones with adequate care had she not been involved in care management activities for years.
